Cooking For Charity
Jeffrey Tan started his Cooking For Charity Initiative in 1996 and has helped to raise over A$4.9million for various charities including the Australian Rotary Foundation Trust, Prostate Cancer of Victoria, Opportunity International Australia, Variety Club of Victoria, Spastic Children Centre of Malaysia, Bank of Melbourne Neighbourhood Foundation, AFL500 Supporters Club, OTIS Foundation, Alzheimer Australia, Tibetan Disaster Relief Fund and the Australian Bushfire Relief Appeal.

Chef Jeffrey Tan’s passion and commitment towards charitable projects through his culinary art has awarded him with received numerous accolades over the decade. His significant achievements led to his most distinguished award in 2018, where he was awarded the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, the Queen of Australia.
